  • Daily walking progress that alternates in intensity and duration, building to two-hour long high intensity walks at the end of 30 days.

Start your 5K journey with our beginner-friendly pathway to reach your goal!

As a runner undertaking this pathway, you don't need to worry about your speed; your main goal is to maintain a consistent running pace. Each session commences with a brisk 5-minute walk. If the you feel that the program is progressing too quickly, you have the option to repeat a specific week or incorporate additional rest days as necessary. The pathway consists of running for 3 days per week, gradually increasing the intensity over a span of 6 weeks. Prevent injuries, improve performance, and enhance your next 5K's overall running experience. You got this!
